Cookie Policy

 1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how RVE Corporate Finance Limited ("RVE","we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on rvecf.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It was last updated on 22 July 2026.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve performance, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) work in comparable ways. We refer to all of these as"cookies" in this policy. Cookies maybe first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by another organisation). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain for a set period).

3. The cookies we use

Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, PECR, and the UK GDPR, each as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025,), we may place strictly necessary cookies without consent, but we ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies (such as analytics or marketing cookies). Following changes made by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, certain low-risk cookies used solely to collect aggregate statistics about how the site is used (to help us improve it) may be set without consent, provided we tell you about them and give you a simple, free way to opt out. We will still ask for your consent before setting any other analytics or marketing cookies.

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the website to function and to keep it secure. They cannot be switched off through our consent tools.

  • Webflow (our hosting/CMS provider).

    • Purpose: operating the website, processing form submissions and basic site functionality.
    •
    • Type: first-party / functional.
  •
  • Hosting & security (e.g. content-delivery / bot-protection cookies).

    • Purpose: site delivery, security and protection against automated abuse.
    •
    • Type: first-party / session.

3.2 Analytics cookies

None are currently in use. If we add a web-analytics tool (for example Google Analytics)to understand how visitors use the site, we will list it here and request your consent before it is set (or, where an exemption under PECR applies because the tool is used solely for aggregate statistics to improve the site, tell you about it and offer a simple way to opt out instead).

3.3 Marketing / advertising cookies

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.

3.4Third-party content

Some content links to or may embed third-party services, which may set their own cookies ifyou interact with them:

  • Google Fonts / Web Fonts (Google LLC), used to display the site's fonts; this involves a request to Google to deliver the fonts.
  • YouTube (Google LLC), interview videos are currently provided as links to YouTube. If videos are later embedded on the site,     YouTube may set cookies; we will use privacy-enhanced mode and/or request consent where required.
  • LinkedIn, our footer links to our LinkedIn page; LinkedIn sets its own cookies on its own site, governed by LinkedIn's policies.

4. Managing your cookies

When you first visit the site you can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Guidance for common browsers is available at the browser provider's website. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. For more general information about cookies and how to manage them, see www.aboutcookies.org or the ICO's guidance at www.ico.org.uk.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The current version, with its "last updated" date, will always appear on this page.
