1. About these terms
These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the website rvecf.com (the"Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They are subject to, and will be over ridden by, any terms subsequently agreed between you and RVE for the provision of specific services (for example, an engagement letter or services agreement). If there is any conflict between these Terms and those agreed service terms, the agreed service terms will prevail in respect of those services.

The Site is operated by RVE Corporate Finance Limited ("RVE", "we","us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11856492, with its registered office at 34b West Street,Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 2NB.

RVE is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, but is registered with HMRC for the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
3. No advice (important)
The content on the Site is provided for general information only. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or introducing malicious code, may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and may disclose your identity to them,and your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the"RVE" name and branding, images and layout, is owned by or licensed to RVE and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise use,reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and content (for example, founder interview videos on YouTube and our LinkedIn page). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies or availability of third-party sites. A link does not imply our endorsement. If you wish to link to the Site, you may link to our home page provided you do so fairly and legally and in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest any association with, or approval or endorsement by, us where none exists. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

We aim to keep the Site available and the information on it up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or thatthe content is complete or current. We may suspend, withdraw or change all orany part of the Site without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will befree from bugs or viruses, and you are responsible for using your ownvirus-protection software to access it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence,or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not affect your rights under these Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
